About the Role
Inside Sales Representative:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through lead qualification, relationship building, and technical business development. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to proposal and negotiation, while collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to support deal progression.
The ideal candidate has a technical background in low-voltage power distribution or industrial communication protocols and is willing to travel across the US and Canada to engage prospective customers.

Schedule: Standard
Compensation: $75k-85+
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
Required:
2+ years of experience in technical B2B sales, business development, IT, or the electrical sector.
Conduct effective consultative sales conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain comfort working in a quota-based and performance-driven environment.
Exhibit organization and persistence to consistently exceed individual targets.
Show a proactive willingness to learn new products, digital tools, and sales methodologies.
Preferred:
Possess a background in selling electrical equipment or specialized technical solutions.
Have experience working with industrial, data center, utility, OEM, or integrator clients.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Experience collaborating directly with or supporting outside and field sales teams.
Display proficiency in remote presentations and participating in virtual meetings.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:
Proactively engage prospects and customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Respond to and follow up on all inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
Conduct discovery conversations to assess customer needs and identify qualified opportunities.
Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business.
Schedule meetings and support the progression of opportunities through the sales funnel.
Address customer questions by providing detailed product and solution information.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering on technical qualifications and proposal development.
Support Outside Sales by qualifying leads and managing smooth opportunity handoffs.
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM.
Operate within a structured, metric-driven environment to meet daily targets and monthly revenue goals.
