Inside Sales ManagerMove beyond the individual quota. As our Inside Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team to deliver predictable revenue. You are the architect of our sales process turning technical expertise into market-leading results.

  • Lead & Scale: Mentor a team of specialists through structured coaching and elite performance management.

  • Collaborate: Align with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to streamline the buyer’s journey.

  • Enable: Drive execution through disciplined processes and top-tier onboarding.

You have a proven track record in technical sales ideally within low voltage power, PLC/HMI integration, networking, and industrial protocols. You’re ready to leverage that knowledge to build a legacy of sales talent.

Schedule: Standard

Compensation: $95k-110+


Inside Sales Manager Requirements/Competencies/Qualifications:


  • Proven expertise in leading, coaching, and taking full accountability for team performance and results.

  • Deep command of pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM discipline to ensure predictable outcomes.

  • Full-cycle experience in hiring, developing, and managing performance across sales teams.

  • Specialized background in electrical, industrial, or data center sectors, with expertise coaching reps on complex solution selling.

  • History of enforcing structured sales processes to drive consistent and repeatable team execution.

  • Strategic partner to Marketing, Sales Engineering, Operations, and Outside Sales to align business goals.



Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:


People Leadership & Development

  • Talent Lifecycle: Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and the ramping process for inside sales reps.

  • Continuous Coaching: Conduct call reviews, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to drive skill growth.

  • Performance Standards: Define clear expectations for performance, professional behaviors, and career paths.

  • Performance Management: Proactively address underperformance and execute development plans as required.

  • Team Culture: Cultivate an environment focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and growth.

Sales Execution & Performance Management

  • Strategic Goal Setting: Establish team objectives and activity quotas aligned with executive sales leadership.

  • Data-Driven Oversight: Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Operational Consistency: Ensure the entire team executes the sales process uniformly.

  • Revenue Drivers: Drive predictable pipeline generation and consistent monthly closing performance.

  • CRM Integrity: Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and high-quality data standards.

Process, Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Standardization: Enforce sales processes, outreach cadences, and qualification criteria.

  • Marketing Synergy: Partner on lead flow management, campaign alignment, and messaging strategy.

  • Technical Integration: Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Operations to facilitate technical sales cycles.

  • Sales Alignment: Bridge the gap between Inside and Outside Sales for seamless lead and deal handoffs.

  • Optimization: Refine workflows continuously to boost efficiency, visibility, and measurable results.

Core Team Functions (Under Your Direction)

  • Omnichannel Prospecting: Proactively engage targets via phone, email, LinkedIn, and diverse channels.

  • Lead Qualification: Vet inbound and outbound leads to identify high-value business opportunities.

  • Funnel Velocity: Schedule meetings and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Data Maintenance: Ensure precision in customer and opportunity records within the CRM.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of company products, solutions, and market trends.
