About the Role
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, the Electrical Project Manager oversees active customer programs throughout North America, collaborating with sales and operations to synchronize the complex requirements of data center builds, mission-critical infrastructure, and electrical or low-voltage construction. As a primary interface between clients, internal teams, and third-party partners, you utilize your technical and organizational expertise to navigate the distinct phases of large-scale electrical environments and ensure seamless operational flow. By applying a structured approach to tracking and communication, you effectively manage stakeholder expectations and drive progress across sophisticated construction and data center projects.
Location: Remote (travel 30-40%)

Compensation: $90-140k +
Electrical Project Manager Requirements/Competencies:
Education & Experience: College degree or technical diploma with a background in mission-critical electrical applications, industrial systems, or metering solutions.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the electrical, construction, or data center sectors, including direct work with end users across various market segments.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities, with the proficiency to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to leverage internal collaboration tools for maximum efficiency.
Problem-Solving & Strategy: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and the ability to navigate internal business units to achieve optimal results for assigned customers.
Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Define project tasks, delegate responsibilities, and track progress through completion.
Act as the primary liaison between program customers, third-party partners, and vendors.
Assist customers with the configuration and setup of specialized hardware and software.
Assess customer feedback and evolving requirements against historical data to provide strategic evaluations and escalations.
Perform risk assessments for technical or logistical issues, reporting findings and mitigation recommendations to management.
Conduct cost and profit analyses to support financial reporting and management oversight for designated programs.
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.
